Diane Arnold, a former prosecutor, is an experienced trial attorney and champion for victims’ rights after completing over 50 jury trials.  During her time as a prosecutor, Ms. Arnold focused primarily on sexual assault cases, although she also dealt with cases involving child abuse, domestic violence, drugs and murder.  Many clients involved in civil proceedings are also interacting with the criminal justice system, criminal detectives and prosecutors, and have numerous questions and concerns about that process.  Ms. Arnold’s experience as a prosecutor enables her to communicate with these officials – and advocate for our clients – in ways others simply cannot.  This service can be invaluable, particularly when decisions about whether or not to prosecute a case are being made or our client is preparing to testify in criminal proceedings.  Our clients want and deserve justice, wherever that can be achieved, and with Ms. Arnold’s experience, the Firm has the unique capacity to deliver.

Ms. Arnold has practiced in the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office, the Madison County State’s Attorney Office and the Jefferson County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office.  Ms. Arnold earned her undergraduate degree in English Writing from Illinois Wesleyan University and her law degree from Chapman University where she was an Editor for the Journal of Criminal Justice.  She is a member of the California, Illinois, Kentucky and Michigan bars.

Ms. Arnold is a Board Member of the Great Lakes Children’s Museum and is married with two young children.
