Jonathon Fazzola is a civil litigator who has represented individuals and companies in a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court. He has extensive experience litigating on behalf of individuals who have been injured or killed in school-related incidents, including fraternity hazing and sexual assault. In addition to matters involving wrongful death and serious personal injury, Mr. Fazzola has represented individuals and corporate clients in defamation actions, contract, insurance and trademark disputes, business torts, indemnity actions, securities class actions, civil and criminal government investigations, and internal investigations related to commercial compliance matters.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Fazzola practiced for 5 years in the Chicago office of the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, and as a bilingual staff attorney with the Family Defense Center. Mr. Fazzola served as a Community Economic Development Consultant with the U.S. Peace Corps in the Republic of Panama for 2 years prior to law school.

Mr. Fazzola graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, and holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Michigan Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics from Kalamazoo College.
Mr. Fazzola is a member of the Illinois and Michigan Bar.
