Biography

Cecelia M. Butler is a Summer Intern at The Fierberg National Law Group, where she supports the firm’s complex litigation practice. A student at Columbia University studying Psychology and Political Science on a pre-law track, Cecelia is an active member of the Women in Law and Politics Club, where she engages with contemporary legal and political discourse.

Prior to joining the firm, Cecelia built a foundation in legal practice through an internship with Numinen, DeForge & Toutant, P.C., focusing on property law and gaining hands-on exposure to file management, legal research, and substantive client matters.

Eager to expand her legal acumen, Cecelia is excited to collaborate with the firm’s experienced legal team. She brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to her work, aiming to contribute a new perspective to the team while developing the skills necessary to build a rigorous and impactful legal career.

After law school, Cecelia intends to use the experience she has gained from The Fierberg National Law Group, as well as her legal education, to serve as an advocate for individuals facing complex challenges, ensuring they receive thoughtful, effective representation when they need it most.
