Our Standard

We don't just win lawsuits. We deliver justice.

Most personal injury lawyers measure success by the dollars they recover. We believe true justice requires more. Our attorneys have secured hundreds of millions of dollars for clients, but we have also compelled institutions to implement safety reforms, established legal precedent, and helped clients build foundations that protect others.

Our Position

Some firms defend both sides. We never will.

Everyone is entitled to representation, but not everyone is entitled to ours. We stand with people who have been hurt by others. We never defend the perpetrators of harm.

We fight for survivors — period.

Why Families Choose Us

Few firms can stand where we stand.

The path to justice begins with choosing the right team. Here is what sets our trial attorneys apart.

We fight for survivors — period.
01

The forerunner of hazing litigation

We pioneered the nationwide approach to representing victims of school violence, pairing specialized expertise with a network of accomplished attorneys across the country. Few firms can match our depth of experience or leadership in this field.

02

Hundreds of millions recovered

Beyond meaningful recoveries, we hold institutions accountable and drive reform. Our work has pierced the corporate veils that fraternity lawyers build to hide assets from survivors of assault and hazing.

03

Other firms trust us

Law firms across the country refer their school-violence cases to us, consult with our attorneys, or partner with us on these complex matters, reaching outcomes that might not otherwise be possible.

04

Uncompromising in our advocacy

Many attorneys represent victims one day and defend institutions the next. We chose a different path. Our practice is devoted to survivors and the seriously harmed, and our clients never have to question whose side we are on.

Our People

The team standing with you

Trial attorneys who have dedicated their careers to representing victims, survivors, and families whose lives were changed by the misconduct or negligence of others.

A Voice for Our Clients

What families say about us

If you have a chance to hire Doug Fierberg as your lawyer, grab it with both hands. There is no more ethical person, let alone lawyer, that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He actually and truly cares about the welfare of his clients, long after the filings are done.
